Sports England "Return to Play Fund" Three schemes: grants from £300 to £50,000 and a crowdfunding of up to £10,000 A new £16.5 million fund to give additional help to the sport and physical activity sector during the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic. Small Grants Fund (briefly paused for review due the new lockdown measures) Grants of between £300 and £10,000 to help sport and activity groups, clubs and organisations respond to the immediate challenges of returning to play in a Covid-19-safe environment. Community Asset Fund for grants from £10,001 - £50,000 to help local sport and activity groups, clubs and organisations to adapt and open important places and spaces that can help them to welcome back their local community safely. Comic Relief: Covid-19 Community Grant (England) Grants of up to £4.000 The aim of this fund is to support local grass roots organisations to respond to the needs of vulnerable individuals, families and communities during the COVID-19 crisis and recover from the impact of COVID-19 has had on their services. Charles S French Charitable Trust Grants between £1,000 and £5,000 Grants are available for local charitable organisations carrying out projects and activities that benefit the residents of North East London and Essex. CAF Resilience Fund Grants of £10,000 to £100,000 Deadline: Midday 10th November this fund will support those working with vulnerable and disadvantaged groups such as those living in deprived areas, those supporting Black, Asian and minority ethnic communities and people with disabilities.
Clarion Futures Digital Grants Grant of between £1,000 and £5,000 Deadline: 12 noon Wednesday 25th November 2020.
Support for projects committed to getting Clarion residents, and the wider community, online. Projects must aim to support individuals to improve their digital skills to safely and confidently access online services on a regular basis. Mayor of London – Active Londoners Fund Grants of between £5,000 and £30,000 Deadline: 12pm 20th November The second and final round of the Active Londoners Fund – part of the Mayor of London’s Sport Unites programme aims to support local projects which address the increased levels of inactivity that have been made worse during the coronavirus pandemic due to lockdown, social distancing restrictions and wider issues. Groups supported include those that support older people, people with physical or intellectual disabilities, and people in lower socio-economic groups.
Voice4Change – Covid-19 Partnership Fund Grants of between £5,000 and £10,000 The Fund will reopen on 25th November 2020 Small Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) -led charities, voluntary and community groups, and social enterprises in England can apply for support to help tackle the disproportionate impact of Covid-19 on Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities. The fund will support organisations to deal with emerging issues in the community, as a result of the continuing threat of coronavirus, the need for self-isolation, and potential for further exacerbation of loneliness and isolation. Funding can be used to cover running costs and small capital costs, and support for services such as foodbanks, domestic abuse and violence groups, tackling homelessness, and providing access to technology. Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport – UK Youth Fund Covid Relief Grants of up to £50,000 Deadline: 12pm on the 25th November 2020. The fund will support small youth organisations based in England who have not had access to the crisis funding they need to survive the Covid-19 pandemic. Organisations that support young people who are most affected by systemic oppression and discrimination are encouraged to apply. Funding can be used to cover costs such as staff salaries, running costs/overheads, and goods and equipment which supports delivery. |
