Last December NAVCA along with another ten social sector organisations signed a letter to the Prime Minister asking for greater support for social infrastructure.

In the letter is mentioned how can the government can repay communities for their support during the election and asks for the end of austerity and more local funding.

Free Remix Workshops with London Remixed Festival & Community Music
The London Remixed Festival have teamed up with Community Music to provide a day of remix workshops

Trapped in Zone One is a BAME led arts collective based in Tower Hamlets, engaging with community groups and organisations through creative projects.

They would like to create an artwork during National Windrush Day on 22nd June 2020 and are looking for individuals and organisation to collaborate with them on this project to bring awareness of historical facts and share understanding about the Windrush generation.

Tower Hamlets Homes "Inspiring Communities Fund" will offer grants to THH residents, TRAs, and community organisations with great ideas for how to improve their local neighbourhoods.

The fund aims to help residents improve where they live through social activities or small environmental projects.

Up to £500,000 to succesfull partnerships over two or three years.

The Health Foundation has announced a new £2.1m programme for partnerships developing collaborative communities where people, families, health care professionals and researchers work together to improve health care.

Grants will be available for projects that use sport and physical activity to bring Londoners together from different backgrounds, cultures and faiths, as well as helping isolated and lonely Londoners feel better connected in their communities.

Core funding grants up to £100,000 are available for small and local charities who help people overcome complex social issues, through long-term funding, developmental support and influencing policy and practice.
